Before You Ask

i Do I actually own the site, or are you holding it hostage?
It's yours outright. No drag-and-drop builder you're locked into, no platform only I can access. Once the work is finished and paid for, all the files and rights belong to you, full stop.
ii You mentioned AI. Did an AI actually design this, or did you?
Every word and every design decision, layout, colour, type, is done by hand, by me. AI tools help assemble the code once that design is locked in. That's the only part they touch, and it's what lets me build faster and charge less for it.
iii What if I don't like the first design, or need changes later?
Every package includes revision rounds, so nothing goes live until you're happy with it. If you need extra work beyond the agreed scope after that, it's £40 an hour, always agreed with you in writing before it starts. No surprise invoices.
iv Do I have to sign up for ongoing hosting or support?
No. The Care Plan is there if you want someone keeping an eye on hosting, security and small updates, but it's entirely optional and you can cancel it any time. Plenty of clients just take the finished site and run with it.
v Why choose a one-person studio over a bigger agency?
You deal with the person actually building your site, not an account manager relaying messages to a design team. That means fewer handoffs, faster answers, and one person accountable for the result, at a price that reflects the lower overhead rather than an agency mark-up.
